"A young, hip crowd awaits" at this "oasis of service and style", a "swank" "ultramod boutique hotel" with "location, location, location" right at Downtown Crossing; the "comfy beds" and "great beauty products" earn kudos for these Kimpton quarters, as does the "chic dining" at KO Prime, "a nontraditional steakhouse" with a menu by local celeb chef Ken Oringer (of Restaurant Clio fame); some rooms are quite "small", however, so request a "corner one" or go for a "top-floor" perch with "wonderful views" of Boston Common.

The location was amazing. The rooms were very nice, and plenty of space. The fitness room was adequate. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
No fan in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice - modern decor. The parking is a bit expensive $40 but no more so than other Boston hotels. The valet parking service was excellent and did not take as long as they said it would. ...read more

I loved the rooms, staff and the location could not be beat!
The regular price will be too high for us to stay.

The first moment of reaching our destination you know it is going to be a fantastic stay. The people at the front desk were cheerful (at 10:00 at night) and very helpful. The valet service was super and the men working there were knowledgeable of the area and their job. We were so excited to see our rooms. They were a beautiful size and so clean and modern. I loved it because the modern wasn't the cold empty kind, but the warm and inviting. The colors chosen were relaxing and I can't even say enough about the beds! The nice treat was having a robe in the bathroom to slip into when I was done with the very powerful shower. It is a great place to stay if you want quality and elegance in the heart of Boston! ...read more

Pleasantly surprised, the service was excellent, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Liked the computer room/study lounge area.
Wish we didn't have to pay $6.00 for 15 minutes of internet use. Wish we could have gotten maybe 20 minutes for $6.00.

Very modern, liked the happy hour, it corresponded with our arrival time at the hotel. Nice to get a nice glass of wine, and we visited with a couple from another country. The room was clean, nice and the bed was super comfortable. We used the wake-up call service and they asked if we would like a follow up call after 15 minutes, just so we wouldn't miss our early flight. Very courteous and nice place, wish we stayed longer than two nights. ...read more

Located in the midst of historical monuments.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The courtesy of the hotel staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Hotel parking is a bit pricey, as is all over the city.

Location, comfortable beds, and cleanliness.
No coffee pot in room, no continental breakfast allowed, coffee in dining room $4.50.

Hotel has great location. Helpful staff, rooms were large, very clean and well decorated. Public rooms are small. Did not know they had a pool. No city telephone books in room. No stationary. Concierge services very helpful. We missed coffee pot in room and no continental breakfast offered. That said, we enjoyed our stay - really loved Boston. ...read more

The hotels location was perfect.
The televisions were old and the high cost of parking.

The hotel was perfectly located for both business travel and personal travel. It was easy to drop the car off and enjoy Boston corner to corner.
